Paul Pybus Scaffolding was formed in 2007 by Paul Pybus and Colin Pybus, then incorporated as a Limited Company in May 2012. Since then, we have become a leading expert provider of specialist, innovative scaffolding services with an unrivalled commitment to providing a professional and quality service.
We know our employees are the heart of our business and are a vital part of its success. Our rapid growth and achievements coupled with our proactive approach to health & safety has only been achieved by retaining many of our core employees and management team. This team has been with us since the start and collectively have over 60 years’ scaffolding experience. Not only does this reassure our clients that all our core policies are upheld but also encourages them to stay with us and work with us long term.
It is vital that we ensure that all our employees are trained to a highly skilled level in all areas including health & safety and protection in their working environment. We have employees from Apprenticeship Level, Part 1 and 2 Scaffolding, Advanced Scaffolding and SMSTS levels, but we actively encourage them to look after their mental health too, providing an Employee Assistance Programme as well as being proud Ambassadors of Andy’s Man Club Sunderland. We have an ‘open door’ policy, where our employees can chat confidentially.

For specialist designs that fall outside the scope of TG20 we always engage with highly reputable, external sources. We are very fortunate to operate from a large business unit, which we own, and have a vast amount of owned equipment readily available to ensure we can fulfil our commitments. We also have cultivated fantastic relationships with our Supplier’s over the years, which allows us to source materials throughout the UK. No job is too big or small and we are happy to provide advice on an ad-hoc basis if required.
