We often get asked this question and the answer is simply NO!
We will always be happy to provide guidance and pricing on smaller projects, with a view to help as much as we can. Our Estimators use specialised software, so there are many times when we won’t even need to visit you to measure up the project!
We try our utmost to provide a quick turn-around quote, offering a 24-48 hour SLA. We’ll be sure to manage the programme with professionalism and understanding. Our team are clean and tidy and will ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided.
When calling our team, please provide the property address, an idea of the scope of works if you have it, confirm if we are working alongside any other trades (roofers/builders etc), a rough idea of when you are hoping to commence works, details of access to the property and it’s surrounding areas and of course a contact number so we can arrange to either visit the property or provide that all important quote over the phone.
No again! Quite often the scaffold is erected and dismantled without there being anyone present at the home.
